I found seeking professional help, they wanted to keep me sick, cause if i became better they made no money, i spent years with probs 13 different dr's they helped me in no way. I had to seek inner healing to deal with my trauma. And although its better now, and i found ways to deal with it, i do have relapse and setbacks, but eventually deal with it myself. Dr's are not always the answers.

Thank you for telling me right off the bat that you couldn't keep your own emotions in ballance while trying to write this book. I was surprised to hear you ask the very question, if you can't keep your emotions under control, how can you teach me to? This saves me alot of time listining to mind over matter rhetoric. Control denotes one entity strong enough to impose its will over another entity. I'm not looking for tricks or techniques to charm my emotions, or beat them into feeling different; I'm looking for answers to find out why I feel that way so the answer makes sense.

There are no videos as advised in the google translated version of the book. ❤
